By reviewing the expatriate's career before they return to the UK, their objectives and what they want to do next can be clarified, thus easing the transition back to the UK.

Career Spouse Programme is a programme created specifically to support the partner of an individual being transferred to the UK and who wishes to enter the employment market in the UK.
